Email us or fill out the contact form to book your free 20 minute online consultation.
After your consultation, complete a short PAR-Q form and waiver.
Book your first session or purchase a class pack.

All sessions must be paid for in advance.
Payment is required within 7 days of booking.
Class fees are reviewed annually, but this does not necessarily mean that your fee will change.

Before joining any class or activity, you must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). This helps the Instructor ensure your safety and understand any medical conditions.
If your PAR-Q indicates any health concerns, you are responsible for obtaining medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date health and contact information.

Minimum age for classes is 18, or 16-17 with parental/guardian written consent.

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures fairness and allows other clients to book the slot.
Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full.
Exceptions are made for sickness, injury, accidental bookings, multiple bookings or transportation issues.

Payments for classes and classpacks are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable.

Participants must arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class and follow the Instructor’s guidelines.
The Instructor reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who arrives late.
Mobile phones must be on silent mode during class.
Participants should respect the class environment and equipment at all times.

All classes and classpacks are subject to an expiry date.
Single class - valid for 20 days from your first booking.
5 pack - valid for 3 months from your first booking.
10 pack - valid for 4 months from your first booking.
Unused sessions past the expiry date will not be refunded or extended.

No-shows will be charged the full class fee.

Clients are required to provide advance notice of any planned absence.

If wish to end your training prior to an agreed date, we respectfully request one month’s notice.
Sessions will continue as scheduled and charged as normal during this notice period.

Steffi Paras has the right to:
Cancel a class you have booked and contact you via email to offer either a refund, or a transfer to a class at an alternative date or time.
Notify clients of scheduled holidays or absences via email.
Remove participants from a class for safety, behaviour or health reasons.
Make judgement calls regarding participant suitability for certain activities.

The Client acknowledges that participation in Pilates classes or related activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. The Instructor shall not be responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during or after any class or activity.
The Instructor shall not be liable for any failure to provide classes, or for any loss or damage, resulting from events beyond their reasonable control, including, but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of war, terrorism, or public health emergencies.
