I teach contemporary Pilates, blending classical principles with modern movement science. While I focus on precision and alignment, I enjoy designing classes that are functional and dynamic.

Mat Pilates is made up of a series of precise, flowing bodyweight movements that improve strength, posture, balance, mobility and flexibility.
Classes often include props like small balls, Pilates rings, bands and light weights.

Reformer Pilates uses a spring-based machine to provide adjustable resistance to a wide range of exercises.
This makes it suitable for beginners, athletes, older adults and those recovering from injury.
