MY TEACHING STYLE

I teach contemporary Pilates, blending classical principles with modern movement science. While I focus on precision and alignment, I enjoy designing classes that are functional and dynamic.

  • Mat Pilates is made up of a series of precise, flowing bodyweight movements that improve strength, posture, balance, mobility and flexibility.

    Classes often include props like small balls, Pilates rings, bands and light weights.

  • Reformer Pilates uses a spring-based machine to provide adjustable resistance to a wide range of exercises.

    This makes it suitable for beginners, athletes, older adults and those recovering from injury.

A 20 minute online consultation to discuss your fitness levels, goals and any current or previous injuries.

  • 1:1 - £50 

    Duet - £65 for both 

    Group -  £25 per person 

    Duration: 60 minutes

    Beginners or clients with injuries are advised to book 1:1 sessions before attending group classes. 

  • 1:1 - £40 

    Duet - £55 for both 

    Group - £20 per person

    Duration: 60 minutes
